Council of Ministers’ Resolution No. 457 of 18 May 2012 has authorized four Belarusian sugar refineries to sell sugar abroad. They include Gorodeya Sugar Refinery, Zhabinka Sugar Refinery, Slutsk Sugar Refinery and Skidel Sugar Refinery.

Yakov Kenigsberg has been appointed representative of the Belarusian government in the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), according to Council of Ministers Resolution No.337 of 13 April 2012.
The government and the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus have adopted a joint action plan to reach goals set by the social and economic development forecast, the budget law and the Major Monetary Management Guidelines for 2012. The decision is laid down by resolution No. 328/9 of 12 April of the Council of Ministers and the National Bank.
